I have been working with the community marketing group at Dick’s Sporting Goods, specifically Dan LeBreck, for the past few years. Dan is the Community Marketing Manager for Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. His team has coordinated a number of events for local RI and MA youth sports leagues to visit the various Dick’s Sporting Goods locations on special weekends to receive a discount on in store items. Each league is given a specific date and flyers are created with the special discount and coupon to be presented in the store. I have been honored to help promote these weekends on my social media pages and hope that leagues have taken advantage of the in store discounts on bats, baseballs, gloves, hats, and so much more.
Dick’s Sporting Goods is a trusted resource for all things sporting goods – apparel, equipment, cleats, hats – the list goes on and on. They have been in business since 1948, over 70 years in the sporting goods industry. In the past year, my local North Kingstown Wickford Little League has switched our league’s website to a Dick’s Team Sports HQ platform. The company’s community involvement, interest, and engagement for youth sports like baseball is unquestioned by the staff at Dick’s Sporting Goods. On the national level, Dick’s Sporting Goods helps support the sports community through programs like Sports Matter, donations to youth sports leagues, and sponsoring local events, teams, and organizations.
I am happy to announce a special Rhode Island Baseball Experience Weekend at all Dick’s Sporting Goods stores here in Rhode Island and select stores in Massachusetts. The weekend of April 6th and 7th, you can visit one of the following stores and receive a 20% discount on in-store items. Click on the store for address:
Print out this coupon and bring it to the store:
If your league, players, coaches, and families in your community have already taken advantage of a Dick’s Sporting Goods Baseball and Softball event, that’s great. Now, you have another event to get an additional 20% off in-store items to get your rising star baseball player ready for the season. A new pair of batting gloves, a bucket of practice baseballs for your league, a helmet for Tee Ball starting up this month. Whatever the reason, take advantage of this special event. And feel free to share with other family members living in Rhode Island or Massachusetts who can benefit from a 20% coupon off all things baseball and softball. See flyer or contact your local Dick’s Sporting Goods stores for further details on this event.
Thanks to Dan LeBreck and his staff at Dick’s Sporting Goods for putting together this event. Good luck to all the youth baseball programs here in RI and MA this season.
