This past summer, a number of Rhode Island Cal Ripken Baseball Leagues participated in New England Cal Ripken Regional tournaments. The RI Cal Ripken network of teams includes: CLCF, Jamestown, Washington Park, Elmhurst, West Warwick, and Apponaug. Here is a recap of the results of these tournaments. Congratulations to all the players, coaches, leagues, families, fans, and volunteers of each team for a great season.
9U Division – West Warwick traveled to Chelmsford, MA to play in the 9U New England Regional Tournament. West Warwick went 1-2 in the tournament before losing in the quarterfinals.

10U Division – Washington Park traveled to Dedham, MA to play in the 10U New England Regional Tournament. Washington Park ended up 0-3 in the tournament.

11U Division (60′) – CLCF traveled to Waterville, ME to play in the 11U New England Regional Tournament. CLCF were defeated in the quarterfinals after posting a 2-1 record.

12U Division (60′) – Washington Park traveled to Raynham, MA to play in the 12U New England Regional Tournament. Washington Park posted a respectable 3-0 record before falling in the semifinals.

12U Division (70′) – CLCF traveled to New Milford, CT to play in the 12U New England Regional Tournament. CLCF ended up going 0-2 in the double elimination tournament.
