Happy Saturday and Labor Day Weekend everyone. As promised, today is the first day and first round of “games” in my Best Rhode Island High School Baseball Team since 1972 Project. Below, you will find 10 matchups of teams selected by you the fans and in order of appearance of nomination. Pick your 10 teams and email them to me via the contact form in the bottom of this blog. Or email your 10 team winners to me at ribaseballexperience@gmail.com. In the coming days leading up to next Saturday’s Round 2 announcement, I will be spotlighting the accomplishments of these 20 teams to educate or perhaps enlighten you of how really, really good they were. Voting ends Saturday, September 10th when I sign into this website to write the story of the Winners of Round 1.
